At Trendmalls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Trendmalls account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
